The Master Key: The transcendence of the mind

Inner and mental discipline are key important factors in life's self-realization

On these depend our power of awareness and equilibrium that must be maintained by those who wish to advance in the path of awakening.

Mind is a wonderful and powerful mechanism.

The greater your level of unconsciousness vs consciousness  the more the mind will have power over you, it will be the master and you the slave.

The initiate on the path to awakening must learn to observe and measure the strength of his mind, understand its almost limitless power and re-educate it to use it consciously.

Thought is a product of the mind, the mind is in reality a cluster of thoughts. Desire is the fuel, the food we give to the mind to make it work.

It is thought that slowly and unerringly builds or destroys the entire fabric of our being. Consciously or unconsciously, the mind acts on everyone with whom you have close or remote contact.

If your thoughts are inspired by your essential being or spirit, then they obtain divine quality and virtue.

Thought is a force that, connected to our essential being, manifests the creativity that is in our soul. The mind plays the role of a bridge between our body and spirit.

When the human will is directed by the spirit, by the truth, by love, then it obtains a divine confidence and quality.

Infinite patience and complete perseverance and observation are indispensable factors in the realization and awakening of the higher self.

Apparently in the outside world, the man who appears to be prosperous and successful is often in a turmoil of chaos and inner dissatisfaction. His outer life appears rich and well ordered while his inner world is utterly poor and empty.

Material success in the outer world, in society is often accompanied by utter failure in the inner world. It is a fact that in order to succeed outside one has to lose and forget his inner self.

On the other hand, there are beings who have apparently failed in the outer world and instead are rich in their inner world. Their thoughts are selfless, honest and generous, no matter how great their suffering is because their inner vision, virtue and strength are untouchable by whatever happens in the outer world.

The process to the awakening of the consciousness has the consequence to dethrone the mind as the master of your life. Then, the mind becomes a fabulous instrument used only in the moments that require the development and performance of a concrete activity. Its compulsive behavior and judgment disappear and then it allows us to connect with our silence and inner peace.

Transcendence of the mind: The most difficult challenge

Reaching the permanent state of no-mind gives you limitless clarity and joy that eternally compensates for the hard work to be done.

Each human being in himself is a humanity

Your inner world is totally and completely unique. That is why there are no fixed rules or dogmas to reach the awakening of consciousness and subsequently enlightenment, the complete crystallization of consciousness and the total dissolution of unconsciousness.

However, we can segment the level of consciousness into three major groups of human beings and their respective minds.

1. Extraordinary minds: These are people who, by simply listening actively and deeply, are able to integrate not only the words but also their deep meaning into their being. This type of beings are the rarest, there are very few human beings who are in an alienation of their psyche and senses, between body and mind. For this group, only with understanding is a radical transformation of their existential condition possible. Their state is of complete receptivity and openness.

2. Mediocre minds: Intellectuals, rationalists and philosophers belong to this group. Perhaps their intellectual understanding is high, their being does not fully respond to hearing the truth. Understanding only occurs at the psychological level but does not extend into the body and spirit. Transformation is not existential. This group will require a great deal of effort in methods and practices for transformation to take place in their whole being. The mind and ego control in them is still very strong, unable to be honest with themselves for the most part. Some few belonging to this group may be ready to initiate an awakened master or walk the path by their own.

3. Stupid minds: This group is the most common, it could be called "the crowd". Even though they hear the truth and have an awakened being in front of them, they are able to perceive it and open themselves to the possibility that they are living in a dream state. Their mind and their being are completely closed, full of fear and ideas, their conditioning is deeply rooted and therefore, their level of enslavement is total. They will probably need several lifetimes to progressively move into the second or first group.

Only a human being who has truly, wholeheartedly, totally committed himself will be able to reveal the master key that unlocks the power over the mind and thus reverse the situation, returning the mind to the position of servant and not master.

Courage and sincerity, essential for a real transformation and awakening.

Getting started on the path to awakening consciousness requires sincere commitment and dedication. The initiate must be receptive to accepting the darkest parts of him, only then will it be possible to bring the light into them.

The chosen few who possess the necessary quality to complete the awakening process

In ancient times, people who were initiated into true religion and spiritual alchemy left their lives behind as a gesture of courage and determination. For, a person who does not give 100% of his will and at the same time, honest surrendering of the Ego, will not be possible for him to reach the awakening of consciousness.

If water does not reach a certain temperature, it does not turn into steam, the "temperature" in this example is your level of consciousness and alertness. The complete awakening and conquest of the mind only occurs when "the water enters the boiling point".

The initiate must make a deep introspective journey into his inner self to know the unique nature of his mind and the personality it has created.

Without this understanding of the lower self "the Ego", the projection of the mind, it is practically impossible to transcend it.

The spiritual master plays the role of a "mirror that reflects", a necessary help because the mind will deceive you on many occasions, it will trap you without you realizing it. So, without help, it is practically impossible to realize this situation.

In the same way that it is impossible to perceive your own face without a reflecting surface, the spiritual master reflects the disciple with his crystalline consciousness.

Sleeping people can never reflect the truth as it is, their consciousness is asleep, disturbed by the vibrations of the mind. Just as a pond with too many ripples is unable to reflect, a sleeping human being, trapped by his mind, is unable to reflect clearly.

In spiritual growth there are no shortcuts, all real growth is always progressive. Sacred plants are not the solution, they will not solve anything if you do not have the necessary tools, courage and right understanding.

The spiritual therapist: The almost essential role to see yourself reflected

No matter how honest you are with yourself, you will only be able to see in yourself the percentage of consciousness vs. unconsciousness that you possess. A spiritual teacher is one who has a higher level of consciousness than yours, so that you can see what you are unable to see for yourself.

Growing spiritually means increasing our inner depth, awakening more and more consciousness above unconsciousness. It is a process of constant observation, witnessing, surveillance and understanding. Learning only by yourself, is a job that can take more than one life, besides being so hard, it is very possible that you give up.

The spiritual master is the one who gives you his love, his understanding, his presence to make your path to awakening easier. Your sincere cooperation is absolutely necessary, if you also have the support of someone who has walked and grown their level of consciousness more than you, who is in a more advanced state than yours, their wisdom can be crucial for your growth and thus, be able to awaken perhaps in months, years instead of lifetimes.

The spiritual master cannot do the work for you, but he can help you to see yourself reflected, to give you support. A support that many times will hurt your Ego. The teacher will sometimes put you between a rock and a hard place and thus create a situation where you can raise your level of awareness.

It is a challenge for an egotistical and immature mind to accept someone as a "spiritual teacher". Recognizing the teacher in a sincere and loving way is a gesture to recognize one's own ignorance and immaturity. This gesture demonstrates at the same time, the humility that the disciple or initiate will need to overcome the trap of his own mind. Someone who is unable to recognize that there are other beings who have grown more than him, will hardly grow. To cure illness one has to first recognize that he is sick. To "cure unconsciousness" one has to acknowledge their level of unconsciousness.

The spiritual master is a device so that the disciple can grow, without him, the awakening of consciousness is practically impossible. In history, there are very rare cases in which a human being has awakened without the help of other teachers who have previously walked the path and awakened

Awakening of the body: The awakening of the senses.

A human being who is trapped in the mind, who is "too much in his head," is mostly disconnected from the rest of his senses. The mind, the intellect, has become the dictator, leaving the rest of the senses in an inferior position, preventing them from expressing themselves freely.

In our natural state, each sense by itself is a center of perception. Healthy balance occurs when no sense is above the others, the mind is the interpreter of the senses, preventing the truth perceived by the senses to reach you, because the mind filters everything, it is like a wall, a firewall.

A clear example of the truth of this situation is how people are ordinarily attracted to visual stimuli.

Humans in society rely almost solely on sight when choosing their mates. In contrast, in the rest of nature, in the animal kingdom, smell is the primary sense of choice.

The appearance of the other is less important than the olfactory sensation; it is the sense of smell that detects whether there is a chemical resonance between the two.

Human beings can go beyond the animal world, that is why in addition to the alienation with the sense of smell, they can also do so in the spiritual, energetic and vibrational aspect.

The path to the awakening of consciousness is a process of creating more space within yourself, increasing your awareness in the mind, transcending it and in your body, truly listening to it and reopening the potential of some senses that are also dormant.

An awakened human being has not only reached the state of being the master of the mind, but also has confidence and complete connection with his senses. An awakened being is actually a non-being. The definition of the self only exists when the ego is in operation. An egoless human being acts as an entity, a presence that spontaneously experiences reality, responding to each situation uniquely in relation to each unique context. The connection with the body is not mental, there is no intellectual process of reasoning, it is a force of nature that does not think, it simply is.

The mind is a controller, it never allows the senses to take on the natural importance that existence has given them. The mind always filters, compares, thinks and classifies. To awaken consciousness you also have to awaken the body's senses.

Final words:

Only those few beings who are willing to risk everything for the awakening of their consciousness will have a real chance of attain it..

Each human being has a legacy in his being of living thousands of lives being a slave to the mind and the conditioning that the system has subtly placed on it.

The mind will do everything possible to avoid being dethroned. Only those beings with a brave and pure heart will be able to wake up.

Awakening is a phenomenon that occurs suddenly, however, what takes time, effort and work is to "prepare the ground" so that awakening can occur.

The system has been poisoning people's minds more and more, with more and more layers of conditioning, false ideologies, dogmas, moralities and false versions of reality.

The initiate will have to face his own mind, a mind that has been hacked and will do everything possible to maintain his position of control.

Since time immemorial there have been small cults, temples, secret societies and awakened individuals who have worked tirelessly to awaken the rest of humanity.

However, the system has corrupted and touched everything, spirituality has also been polluted, corrupted and disturbed.

Today it is very difficult to find a space of true spirituality, most are fakers, some without even being aware, because they are sleeping beings who think they are awake.

If you are aware, every experience can help you grow. If you meet true beings with more depth, understanding and spiritual maturity than you, don't be stupid and learn from them.

The spiritual masters of the past referred to the fact of "surrender". The only thing a true awakened being will ask you to "surrender" is your mind, which has you trapped. The only thing that a spiritual master will try to do is to transmit his vision, energy and wisdom to you so that you obtain the highest freedom and awakening of your being. Only love, trust and faith will lead you to true awakening.

Do you seek the truth?

Make it yours.
