The Ego: What it is?
The Ego is the matrix, the veil, the filter that they have put in you so that you live blind and ignore the truth. The Ego is just the opposite of your true self. It is the deception created by a belief system so that you compete and confuse yourself and thus remain ignorant. In Neo Shamanism the Ego is a parasite attached to your being.
When you are born into this world they give you a name and around that name they create ambitions and conditioning. The Ego has all kinds of ambitious desires as well as a great sense of inferiority. Inferiority because in society everyone compares each other.
Comparison is a poison because each being is unique, it cannot be compared, it must only be loved and respected. In this society, the individuality and uniqueness of each being are not respected or appreciated.
You were born with your true self, then they started creating a false personality for you. A name, an idea of you, of life, of everything.
The Ego takes advantage of you and does not let you glimpse your true self. When your life is really in the authenticity of your being.
Our essential being, which is our only truth, is not of interest to a system that only wants us to produce and exploit us. Keep us in this false game of competitiveness, ambition, division, and conflict so that humanity continues to ignore the truth.
The Ego is the first, superficial, and artificial layer of the being, created by the system. The next is our primal or animal being, very repressed by the Ego and society. The third, the center of our being, the energy, the consciousness, the immortal, the higher self. Your truth.
The Ego: The disease of the human being.
The history of civilization is full of wars, blood, and death. Destructive societies have prevailed since they have destroyed or converted any other type of society that respected human beings and nature. This desire to be superior to others, to convert or destroy and plunder others, to be the first, more powerful than others, and all this regardless of the means. It has been the main cause of cruelty, death, destruction that has occurred in our history. As fighting and competition have been a common factor the false conclusion has been reached that destruction is part of human nature. This totally false belief has justified the real poison that darkens people's hearts. The ego.
The simple is not a challenge for the Ego, it supposes its death. You can tell the size of your Ego by how big the challenge you choose is.
The Ego is psychological exploitation so that nobody is oneself, that nobody is accepted as they are, that life is not respected. The Ego can only exist on the plane of ideas and beliefs, in itself it does not exist, it is a lie. This lie has haunted us since the beginning of civilization and has devoured peoples and cultures that lacked Ego, more connected with nature, love, respect…
Every seeker who yearns for truth has to begin by discarding what society has told him or her it is and should be.
The Ego is the cornerstone of a pyramidal civilization
All right paths to enlightenment lead to the same destination, the original self, but not all are tailored to the individuality and uniqueness of each individual. In this way and knowing your gifts and faculties as well as trusting those that are yet to be discovered to be able to express the creativity of the being in its entirety, without barriers or limits. In ancient times, some of the Illuminate masters who were recognised as being very close to divinity. This comparison with the divine has created throughout the ages a halo of superstition around the concept of "enlightenment", distancing itself from the human nature to the divine and fantasy.Be aware that if you choose a path to enlightenment from the mind, from your Ego, you will be choosing a path that will apparently feed your ego instead of starving it until it dies totally.
To choose the right path is a very difficult matter and even more so when we still don't really know ourselves.
This society has not left you in peace for a single moment, so you only know the way of the Ego. The only way to transcend it is to begin to observe it and to disidentify yourself from it.
The parasite: Neo Shamanic Vision of the Ego
The Neo Shamanic vision of identifying the Ego or parasite is very simple. Human beings have a direct connection with existence in our hearts, this allows us to feel life, what is correct with life, or what is destructive with it. The parasite is the indoctrination that society instills in us to trap us in a mental prison and thus close the connection of the heart with life. The consequences of closing our sensitivity and link with life make us mechanical beings, empty, insensitive, rigid, stupid, and easy to control right path mean that it can serve anyone, anywhere, at any time, in an easy, simple, and natural way.
The parasite in man is what has perpetuated wars, genocides, destruction of cultures, peoples, and Mother Earth herself. The way to make that parasite disappear in us is by opening the heart, love is the only light that can make the parasite disappear in you. The Ego is the darkness in you, that darkness can become light because both are states of the same thing.
Every human being has an essential being, we call it the inner Shaman. The parasite is a construct that blocks the consciousness of the inner Shaman, keeping him asleep and unconscious. The more the parasite grows, the more difficult it is to get rid of. That parasite is a false personality, the bigger your Ego, the more trapped it will have you.
How to identify your Ego
1. Observe the thoughts of the mind, disidentify with them
Avoid any doctrine or ideology. They will limit your perception of reality and take you away from your own truth.
2. Watch when you compare yourself to someone else
Any path that stifles freedom of expression in any sense, human nature in any sense, including sex, is a path to darkness not light.
3. Observe when you are competing with other people
A correct path is one that shows the way to transcend duality since they are all different states of the same rather than opposite polarities as is usually poorly taught.
4. Observe the inner critical voice in your mind, that voice is not you.
Any path that does not include all existence in harmony is not a correct path. Hatred and fear are characteristics of the mind, Ego.
5. Presence when your mind adopts possessive thinking
Leadership is an ugly and unpleasant concept. Well, there should be no one above anyone and less on a spiritual path. If at any time you feel that you must follow someone out of your will, hesitate.
6. Meditate, calm the flow of thought, there is your real being.
The state of no mind is the only one in which you can channel being. Meditation should be an essential indicator of whether a path is correct or incorrect. Scientific and technological development has led us to a period when the hypothesis of God as an enlightenment method no longer works.
7. Are you normally imagining past or future situations?
If the path that you have before you is not loving, limit your freedom in any aspect, keep in mind that it is not a correct path. Find another.
Seeking to master yourself?
How difficult is it to transcend the Ego?
Some people will never transform or transcend the Ego. They cannot because a very valuable personality, with many ornaments, very polished, they have invested a lot in that personality, their whole life has only consisted of polishing and decorating it.
The transcendence of the Ego is not produced by "improving" the personality, but by abandoning it. The lie cannot be turned into the truth, there is no way to improve the false so that it becomes true.
The Ego whispers to you: -Go in search of the truth, improve your character, become this and that ...
The parasite does not stop offering you new activities "Do this and everything will be fine and you will be happy forever." The lie does not stop offering you plans, and you follow those plans wasting your life. The Ego will always talk to you about the past and the future, it never refers to the present because it has no power there.
The civilized human being has three main identities:
1. The Ego, the lie, the mask, the parasite, the pseudo personality, the mask that you offer to the public, the falsehood.
2. The instinctive, repressed, and unconscious "you": It is about everything that society has not allowed in you, everything that has been forced into your mind and is locked deep in your subconscious. It only appears in your dreams, when you are under the influence of drugs, in metaphors ... Time is far from your reach, it is the most natural and animal part of your being. This most primal part is deeper than the conscious but not lower.
3. The inner Shaman, the higher self, the pure consciousness:
It is the center of your being, the two previous identities are on the periphery of it. It is the eternal part of your being, the transcendental. It is the "navigator" that is connected to the body and mind, it is the pure energy that unites everything, the breath of life.
The path to the liberation of being is not for cowards. You will have to be willing to put everything at stake to get to your real self. There is the greatest of joy when you know, accept and love yourself. When you see the world with compassion when just being alive is a wonderful gift. When happiness is no longer conditional on the external world and it is always with you.
You were never really accepted as you really are, not by your parents, teachers, neighbors, society ... Everyone made an effort to highlight the faults, mistakes, defects, and weaknesses.
Final words:
The conditioning of society distracts and corrupts you, deviates you from growth as a human being so that you compete and compare yourself with others. For you to pursue "success" in the system, that is the goal that society has set for you. Society has used multiple tricks and deceptions to change and divert your natural instincts for growth and expansion, transforming them into useful elements for society but not for your flourishing. In this way they keep us asleep, enslaved and fearful, thus being easy to control.
Only by using all your intelligence thoroughly will you be able to distinguish between your natural impulse and social conditioning. Between your real or false self.
True wealth is what is authentic in you. Many people have poisoned your mind in many ways, depending on "their" ideas, sometimes even with "the best of intentions." All this to change you. Being yourself provides everything you need to feel satisfied, blissful, and meaningful.
By the simple fact of being yourself and growing according to your real nature, your destiny will be fulfilled.
You should only listen to your heart, your only master. Your guide is within you, with courage and confidence you will never feel unworthy. What is really satisfying is enjoying what you do, putting all your heart and passion into it, not wanting to be anyone else, but just wanting to be what you are.
The only thing that matters is how you have lived your life each moment. With love? Gladly? With celebration? With passion? With the little things?
The heart is rich when you achieve harmony with life, with existence. Do not compare yourself with others, do not try to be better than others, do not compete and above all. Don't consider yourself special because you are not.
You are unique, unrepeatable, but no more special than anyone or anything. Being special is one of the deceptions of the Ego. The Ego is pure poison, the more doom you are, the more it hurts, the more separated you are from life. Since you do not follow the current of life or natural order. You separate and become a rock in the middle of the river.
Become normal and ordinary, within your normality you will know that you are the most extraordinary person in the world.
